I am a BCRPA certified group fitness instructor. I teach spin, barre, functional strength and conditioning classes. All levels are welcome and variations are provided.
I am an ACE certified personal trainer and I am here to help you feel healthy and confident in your own body.

I currently teach group fitness classes online and outdoors.
Schedule (Summer 2022):
Tuesdays on zoom, 9:30am - Barre
Thursdays outside at Braemar Park, 9:30am - Strength & Cardio
Wednesday July 6 & 13 at UBC, 7pm - Strength & Cardio
Thursday July 14 at Carnarvon Elementary, 12:30pm - Strength & Cardio
Friday July 8 & 15 at Carnarvon Elementary, 930am - Strength & Cardio (weights optional) If desired, I will add more
Saturday July 9 & 16 at Tyee Elementary, 9am - Strength & Cardio
Monday July 25, 630pm at Emily Carr Elementary -Bootcamp To Benefit in Support of Avalon Recovery Society
I also teach private online, outdoor, and home-based classes. Email me for more details.
Class Details – All are welcome at any of these classes, and variations can always be provided to meet you where you are (this includes pre/postnatal people - with or without babes in tow)
Class Costs – Outdoor classes in the summer are $15/class and Zoom classes are recommended $10/class. You are more than welcome to pay for a set in advance. I am happy to discuss low and no cost classes should you need it at this time. Please don’t let the payment be a barrier to joining this wonderful community!
